Website Support, Edits & Advice

Web Set Go has a ticket-based help desk for support requests. Billing is based on hourly rates, rounded-up to the nearest 5 minutes. Web Set Go rates are available here: https://knowledge.websetgo.com.au/kb/billing-payments/rates/
As an past Online Tree customer, you will receive a 15% discount for 12-months* off Web Set Go standard support rates. For example, their default rate of $175/hour will be discounted $148.75/hour*.
Web Set Go charges different rates for different skills. Strategic consulting and training is a higher rate than website support. You will receive the discount off standard skills for 12-months.
Hosting, Security & Updates
Your website will not change, and the public face will remain the same. Some websites will need to be moved internally and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Over time, Web Set Go will place additional monitoring and security plugins onto your site.
As best as possible, hosting rates will remain consistent with Online Tree’s published rates for 12-months*. Refer https://onlinetree.com.au/rates for 2025. Web Set Go will only adjust the price to accommodate for overdue CPI and exchange rate fluctuations. They may also offer you great options for advanced levels of hosting, including a dedicated WordPress platform.
Web Set Go asks domain name, website hosting and subscription clients to pay automatically by direct debit or credit card. These options will be available on your invoices.
Email Services
A small number of clients have email services with Online Tree. We are sorry, this service is ending and we will contact you to assist moving to an alternative email service. Our industry phased out combing email with website hosting years ago. This was due to secuirty and storage conflicts. Please consider the alternatives (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Fastmail). Talk to your IT consultants or Wbe Set Go for more advice.
Invoices and Accounting
From 28th April Bull Oak Pty Ltd (trading as Web Set Go) will issue all invoices . They use the domains @websetgo.com.au and @bulloak.au. Thier bank details are: Westpac BSB: 033-100 Account number: 476955 and ABN 99 081 829 709.
Kim from Online Tree has forwarded your basic billing details. However, we require additional details for our accounting and support systems. Please take the time now to update your details.
Invoices may be delayed during the transition and will eventually settle.
