To estimate the process of building we website can be complex. The project is broken into stages and further broken down into smaller tasks of different skills – some creative and others technical. Each skill has a different hourly rate (see below). The time required for each task is estimated, multiplied by the hourly rate and combined to form your estimate.
Every website requires ongoing hosting. Hosting stores a copy of your website on the public internet and will cost you between $20 to $50 per month without upgrades, backup, monitoring, and support. Fully managed hosting start around $250 per month and is worth considering for added reliability, speed, and security.
Maintenance is essential and we recommend setting aside a portion of your initial budget (10-20%) for ongoing annual maintenance. In addition, WordPress website needs to be updated regularly to protect your business from hacking and vandalism. Old websites are the number one reason hackers are successful. Leaked private data because of hacking can lead to litigation and costly compensation. Invest in regular updates and maintenance.

All our work consists of skilled tasks billed hourly. Larger projects may have a fixed price, but they still consist of the same tasks, calculated using the hourly rates as shown below. On-demand support, maintenance and advice are billed using the rates below.

All our work is subject to our standard rates. Larger projects can be estimated before they begin. Support, maintenance and advice is billed at our standard hourly rates. Hosting is billed monthly or annually in advance.
